By reading this hold harmless agreement the Participant acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement, and agree to be bound by its terms.
The Participant agrees to engage in spanking sessions, role play sessions, and spanking and BDSM modeling (collectively referred to as “Activities”) organized by Stevie Rose Productions.
The Participant acknowledges that the Activities may involve physical contact, and they understand the inherent risks involved, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional distress, and other unforeseen occurrences. The Participant voluntarily assumes all risks associated with the Activities.
The Participant hereby releases, waives, discharges, and covenants not to sue Stevie Rose Productions LLC, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, or causes of action that may arise from the Activities, including but not limited to injuries or damages resulting from negligence, intentional acts, or any other cause.
The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Stevie Rose Productions from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising out of or related to the Participant’s engagement in the Activities.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of where the sessions or productions take place.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior discussions, agreements, or understandings of any kind.
By reading this hold harmless agreement the Participant acknowledges that they have read and understood this Agreement, and agree to be bound by its terms.
